Terms of Service

Black Wolf Logistics operates as a licensed freight broker, connecting shippers with qualified motor carriers for the transportation of goods. We do not own or operate transportation equipment.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Freight brokerage services
• Load matching and carrier sourcing
• Transportation coordination
• Documentation and compliance assistance
• Real-time shipment tracking

As a customer using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete shipment information
• Ensure goods are properly packaged and labeled
• Make freight available for pickup at agreed times
• Pay all charges according to agreed terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide necessary documentation for shipments

Payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur finance charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is less.

All charges are due and payable regardless of any claim, counterclaim, or setoff. Customers are responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees.

Black Wolf Logistics maintains contingent cargo insurance coverage. However, primary liability for cargo loss or damage rests with the motor carrier performing the transportation.

Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or discovery. All claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the carrier’s bill of lading and applicable law.

Our liability as a broker is limited to the brokerage fee charged for the shipment in question.

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters and severe weather conditions
• Government actions and regulatory changes
• Labor strikes and work stoppages
• Equipment failures and accidents
• Pandemic or health emergencies

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations incurred prior to termination.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate services for non-payment, breach of these terms, or illegal activities.

These terms are governed by federal transportation regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction where Black Wolf Logistics is domiciled. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
